When is the Cancer Research UK Manchester Winter Run?
The date of the Cancer Research UK Manchester Winter Run is yet to be confirmed, but check back here soon for a date!

How do I know if I am entered into the event?
When you enter through our online system, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming your entry. You will receive email updates and a link to the race information as race day approaches. Please make sure the details we have for you are correct. Please note that if you unsubscribe from any of our emails, we will no longer be able to provide you with important information such as your start time.

When will race packs be sent out?
Packs will be posted out from approximately 3 weeks before the event up until the Tuesday before the event. Please ensure that you provide us with the correct address. If you need to update your address details please email our Customer Services team on info@winterrunseries.co.uk. Runners from overseas can collect their race pack from the event help desk on event day. If for whatever reason your pack doesn’t arrive please go to the event information desk, where our team will be able to issue you with a new pack.

When do entries close?
Entries will close on the Tuesday of event week or when the event is full.

Is there a minimum age limit?
Yes, the minimum age limit for this event is 15 on event day.

I have entered the event, but now I can’t do it. I have injured myself; become pregnant; got to go away on business; etc. Can I have a refund?
Possibly. But please refer to our Withdrawals Policy for clarification.

Will there be a secure area to store a bag?
Yes. The Bag Drop Area will be very busy, so if you plan on leaving a bag please allow extra time as there will be queues (plan for at least 15 mins in this area). Medium-sized bags only.

How will my time be recorded?
Your time will be recorded with UHF Chip technology. Your finish time will be texted to you after crossing the finish line.

Can I listen to music during the race?
Human Race strongly discourage the use of any equipment that acts as an impediment to hearing or concentration when competing. This includes, but is not limited to, mobile telephones, personal stereos and MP3 players. Human Race cannot be responsible for accidents resulting from taking part with such equipment.
